Inspired by George Perez's cover Crisis on Infinite Earth #7, this was the first double figure state DCD has done. The cover art showed Supergirl with a couple of bleeding wounds on her legs. I included them in the Paint Master but It was decided to eliminate them from the production pieces. The challenge was to make her look dead, as opposed to taking a nap. It was the position of the eyelids and the set of her head and neck that gave the impression of death. At least I hope so.
